This redesigned app aims to support healthcare professionals in safely and effectively utilizing the Arrow® EZ-IO® System. It includes step-by-step landmarking and insertion guidance for both adult and pediatric patients, informative clinical videos demonstrating various insertion techniques, a pain protocol, updated lists of medications and fluids deliverable via the IO route, lab sampling instructions, care and maintenance details, and a section addressing frequently asked questions.

The Arrow® EZ-IO® System is indicated for intraosseous access in situations where obtaining vascular access proves challenging in emergent, urgent, or medically necessary cases for up to 24 hours. For patients aged 12 years and older, the device can be left in place for up to 48 hours when alternative intravenous access is unavailable or unreliable.
